pkpk1 Terms & Conditions

By accessing pkpk1, registering an account, and playing games, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Continuing to use the platform constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms. Please read and understand all provisions fully before using our services. Under no circumstances may you claim protection on the grounds that you did not understand these terms.

In this document, the terms "platform", "service", and "we" refer to pkpk1. The terms "player" and "you" refer to the individual who has registered and is using the platform.

pkpk1 provides online casino and sports betting services accessible from any device with an internet connection, and protects players' funds and personal data with SSL encryption. By using this platform, players are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.

pkpk1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Each player may only open one account on the platform. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, or name and address, the platform reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

• Only we have the right to verify accounts; we cannot guarantee how long verification will take.

pkpk1 reserves the right to verify a player's age. During verification, the account may be temporarily restricted.

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 3,000 Ks.

• Players must use a payment method registered in their own name only.
• Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and such funds may be returned.
• While a deposit is being verified, the balance cannot be credited to the player's account.
• If a deposit fails, please check with your bank or payment service provider and then contact Support.
• If you notice any discrepancy in your funds, please notify us immediately via Live Chat.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (under normal conditions). The following conditions apply to withdrawals.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay).
• Withdrawals from accounts that include bonus funds will only be processed once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals will not be processed while identity or bank account verification is ongoing.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected, pkpk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend and investigate a withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to cancel withdrawals if technical issues or erroneous transactions occur.

Wagering requirement examples (calculated amounts):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering: 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering: 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus can be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Individual player limits may apply to games played with a bonus.
• Before the wagering requirement is met, players may only withdraw the balance that does not include the bonus.
• If pkpk1 finds that a bonus was received by mistake, pkpk1 has the right to void it.
• pkpk1 has the right to amend promotion policies with prior notice.

All games on the pkpk1 platform operate using Fair Play and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Bets that have already been placed cannot be cancelled.
• If an error or technical fault occurs during a game, that game will be voided and the player's stake will be returned.
• If the connection to the platform is lost and a game is interrupted, the outcome will be determined based on the stage reached at that point.
• In the event of a conflicting result, pkpk1's server record will be treated as the official result.
• For football betting, payment will not be made until the match announcement, decision, and final result have been confirmed by an official sports authority.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform. If a violation is found, the account may be closed and funds may be forfeited:

pkpk1 has the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is confirmed
• If there is suspicion of attempted financial fraud
• At the player's own request (for personal reasons)
• If the player indicates that casino gaming is causing them harm

Players may voluntarily request restrictions at any time via 24-hour Live Chat. Any funds lost as a result of a restriction or exclusion requested by the player themselves will not be refunded.

VIP Levels

The pkpk1 VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up levels based on their play volume and earn weekly cashback on their net losses:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The availability and amount of cashback may vary depending on the player's days played and play volume. The wagering thresholds for VIP upgrades and downgrades will be determined solely at pkpk1's discretion.

Refer a Friend Program

The referrer will receive 10% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per person). In addition, the referrer will receive 0.1% of the referred friend's valid bets as commission every week.

• The referred friend must be a new player at pkpk1.
• Referral bonuses can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• Referral bonuses will be voided if attempted through duplicate accounts or multiple accounts.

Players are responsible for checking for any amendments and cannot claim protection on the grounds of "I didn't know." If you do not agree with any changes, you may stop using the platform.
